Update June 2026

Written by Luke Mayo

Enhancements

  • Cashflow reporting overhaul: Introduced a brand-new report layout designed to eliminate legacy frustrations.

    • Switched from gross to net amount reporting.

    • Added the ability to drill down directly to the transactional level.

    • Introduced splitting by category types, including a dedicated VAT section.

    • Enabled enterprise-level reporting.

All balance sheet codes reported separately, including VAT elements:

  • Invoice payments - 'Pay in full' capped to imported total: To save you from manually calculating left over money to allocate, the 'Pay in Full' button now automatically caps at the imported bank total if the payment value exceeds the invoices being paid. It will also automatically overwrite figures manually entered that will exceed the total imported bank total.

  • Credit notes to invoices where VAT amount was overwritten: When issuing a full credit note, the system now automatically matches the exact Net and VAT of the original invoice—even if you previously overrode those amounts on the invoice itself.

  • Link to 'Suppliers to Pay' from Payables report: Want to create a payment run after viewing your outstanding creditors? We've added a quick-access button on the Payables report to jump directly to the 'Suppliers to Pay' page.

Bug Fixes

  • Profit Allocation Adjustment: Rounding errors on certain percentages resolved.

  • Error when setting dates within the Categories screen: Resolved error where setting a date of 06/04/XX to 05/04/XX caused the system to fail updating the date filter.

  • Copying Line in split invoice causing invoice save to fail - resolved.

  • Cash Based P&L audit: Fixed an edge case where the audit log included transactions outside the selected reporting period if an invoice was paid across multiple transactions. (Note: This was an audit-view bug only; financial totals were never affected).
