Split Transaction improvements - phase 2!

A split transaction is where a single transaction is allocated across two or more lines of allocation. With this latest enhancement in this area there are two additional features:

  1. a 'copy line' function - this allows users to copy an existing line within a split transaction, for money in/out transactions supplier invoices and batch entry customer invoices. This can be utilised to speed up data entry where there are similar lines of allocation required, such as having 2 near identical lines of allocation but maybe needing to only change the Category/Enterprise/Amount from the existing line.

  2. an 'amount left' has been added to money in/out transactions that have brought in via the bank feed or file import, allowing users to see how much of their split transaction is needing to be allocated before it can be saved.

Self-billing invoice

Users needing to produce a self-billing invoice can now do this from the Supplier Invoices screen and selection the more actions icon for the required invoice. See more details here.

Running Total when paying multiple invoices

When paying multiple invoices, the system will now show a running total of money allocated to invoices for a single bank entry.
