Quantities and Pricing

The second phase of Quantities and Pricing has now gone live. These additional fields allow you as the user to enter and report on how much and at what cost you have purchased and sold items, such as fuel, fertiliser and grain etc.

What’s New

Quantities and Pricing are now shown in all data entry and reporting screens. This allows you to not only record more information on each transaction, but to also report on this information, allowing for more informed decision making, based on trends and looking ahead at future price changes.

Like the supplier invoice entry screen, you'll spot that each banking entry screen now has two-lines. This means that you can easily enter the quantity and price, but also allows more space to accommodate future enhancements, such as additional analysis codes.

Banking

On the Banking entry screens, no matter your input method, you will see that the entry is now spread over 2 lines instead of 1.

This has made more room for the Quantity and Price to be entered, if applicable, but the process of entering data is unchanged.

Adjustments

When entering an Adjustment, you are now able to record the Quantity and Price against each line of allocation. This enables you to enter adjustments with greater detail, at times such as year-end or when transferring between stock/valuation categories.

Reporting

Across the Reporting options where you can drill down to the source document, you are now able to view the quantities and prices recorded against each line of allocation.

If you export the General Ledger report, this also shows Quantity and Price, if entered.

Business Types

Trust and Estates

What’s New

You now have the option to create a Trust/Estate Business. Simply select the option from the Business type drop down at the point of creating the dataset.

Note: Your business type cannot be changed once you have created the Business.

Invoice Import now includes Enterprise option

What's New

When importing invoices, you now have the ability to add the Enterprise to the import file, meaning when you are going through the import process it can automatically pick up the Enterprise allocation.
