If you are using Safari to run Farmplan Business Cloud, you might need to be aware of the following preferences and steps to successfully run reports.
PDF Reports
To preview PDF reports from Farmplan Business Cloud in Safari you need to allow pop-ups.
In Safari go to the top bar, click on Safari – Preferences
Select Websites tab at the top, then Pop-up Windows on the left:
Next to businesscloud.farmplanapps.com click on the drop down and select Allow.
You may need to refresh Safari if you were trying to export a report from the page you are on.
Exporting to csv
If you have chosen to export to excel, and Safari is showing the raw data on your browser:
Click on File - 'Save As'
Another prompt will show, allowing you to choose the file name and where you wish to save the file.
In the next prompt, change format to Page Source. You will notice the file extension in the file name line changed to .csv
Change the file name as needed and select where you want to save the file.
Click Save.
In Finder, find the location you saved the file to and open using Excel, Numbers or another spreadsheet program.
