Increased detail within Category drill downs

For businesses who are VAT registered and/or enter invoices, there is now additional columns within each category drill down and within the csv exports within these modals, to provide users with a more comprehensive data analysis.

This includes additional fields for:

  • Supplier/Customer

  • Invoice Ref (separated from the 'Description' field

  • Net amount

  • Tax code

  • Tax amount

The Bank ledger will show an additional column for Supplier/Customer.

The Supplier and Customer ledgers will show an additional column for Invoice Ref.

Note: all columns will initially be made visible. If this causes your screen to be too congested then use the column filter button to ensure you are only viewing the columns you need to see.

Supplier Invoice data entry enhancements

Due Date field in data entry

There is now an additional field within the Supplier Invoice data entry screen so that users can specify the exact due date of invoices, if it is different to the default 'days until payment due' date.

Split invoices - expected totals

When splitting a supplier invoice, you will now have the ability to enter 'Expected totals' for the total net, tax and/or total amount. These are 'free type' fields which will then provide you with a difference between the expected total and the total of the lines entered in the split This will ensure that the total of your split invoice will always match that of the true invoice.
These fields are optional and do not need to be populated in order to complete the split invoice.
