Farmplan Business Cloud has developed a range of accounting tools to help you manage the financial aspects of your business.

Recurring Transactions
If you regularly send or receive invoices from the same trader for the same amount then Farmplan Business Cloud's Recurring Transactions feature will be able to automate this process for you. For example create and email regular invoices such as rent demands.

Opening Balances
Once you have set up your account you will have been given the option to use the Opening Balances wizard. This needs to be completed if you were previously using a different bookkeeping system. If you choose not to enter your opening balances during your initial account set up you can still access the Opening Balances wizard from the Tools menu at any time.

Profit Allocation Adjustment

Use this option to apportion the profit at the end of the financial year between partners based on a % basis. Click here for more details.

Receipt/Document Uploads
This feature allows users to upload pictures/files of their receipts or invoices and attach them to their relevant transactions, so you can keep all of your financial records in one place.

Documents can also be uploaded, attached to entries and viewed from Enter or View Transactions.

Free typing notes can be created and attached to specific transactions, bank accounts, customers, suppliers, categories and invoices - pretty much anything in Farmplan Business Cloud!

All notes that have been created can be viewed from the Tools menu. From here users can create general notes and filter or search for notes they have previously created.

Bank Rules

Bank rules enable you to automatically assign categories and tax codes to imported bank transactions which match the rule conditions you have selected.

Once your bank rule has been created you will also have the option to 'auto confirm' any transactions which your bank rule applies to.

Bank rules will only apply to transactions which have been automatically imported through a bank feed or file import; they will not apply to transactions entered manually into Farmplan Business Cloud.
